Jennifer Raymo, LMSW offers a holistic approach to talk therapy for individuals who have experienced military sexual trauma, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety and grief. Sessions are 60 minutes and accepts most insurance plans. Jennifer also has a flat rate for self pay clients.

Jennifer provides sexuality education for individuals, groups or organizations. Topics include: consent, bystander intervention, sex and breast cancer, military sexual trauma, or sex and the military.

Jennifer is a certified 500 hour yoga instructor. She discovered yoga while pregnant with her first child and experienced a lot of back pain and learned that yoga could also help relieve her tension headaches, support her through cancer and allowed her to focus on herself. After retiring from the Army Reserve in 2023 she completed her 200hr yoga teacher training. Jennifer continued her yoga education through yin, prenatal, trauma informed/sensitive and veteran centric yoga courses. She believes yoga is for every body and strives to create an inclusive environment in her offerings.
